0.6.3 Bugs, balance and a new item

0.6.3

Made some balance changes like buffing heavy armor a lot.

Fixed some bugs like bosses now dropping items of lower rarity if you don't have a mythic item unlocked.

Added a new really strong legendary item. Probably way too strong though, so it will probably be nerfed very soon.
